At Henry Land & Cattle, we offer premium beef in whole, half, and quarter shares—available in both American Wagyu and Angus.
While exact cuts vary by animal, you can generally expect about half of your beef to be ground burger, with the rest made up of steaks, roasts, brisket, ribs, and stew meat.
Pricing includes processing and standard packaging, with a minimum 14-day aging process. A $400 deposit is required to reserve your order. Tax not included.
